Qualifications

We prioritize applicants with significant field experience, advanced certifications, and a commitment to advancing safety and expertise within their profession. Whether you’re leading expeditions, teaching technical skills, or performing critical rescue operations, your role as a professional places you at the forefront of mountain activity, and we are committed to supporting your work.

To qualify for the program, applicants must demonstrate a professional commitment to mountain or wilderness pursuits. Eligible roles include:

  • Mountain Guides: IFMGA, IVBV, or UIAGM certified.
  • Specialty Guides and Instructors: Including climbing, trekking, and backcountry skiing professionals accredited by recognized international organizations.
  • Mountain and Wilderness Search and Rescue Team Members: Actively engaged in mountain or wilderness operations, with proven field experience.
  • Ski Patrol: Full-time professionals or members of recognized international organizations such as NSP, CSP, or equivalent global ski patrol associations.
  • Professional Ski and Snowboard Instructors: Level 2 or higher certification from internationally recognized bodies.
